Embodied Breathwork

Breath as a gateway to healing, release, and reconnection.

Rooted in conscious connected breathwork, each journey is intuitively guided and offer space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper body trust.

Whether you're navigating stress, seeking clarity, or simply longing to reconnect, this practice opens the door to what’s ready to move, shift, or simply be seen.

Available as 1:1 sessions, group circles and retreats. Online and in-person.

Embodied Nutrition

Nourishment beyond the plate to support your relationship with food, body, and self.

Combining evidence-based nutritional therapy with embodied, compassionate approaches to eating, these sessions offer grounded support for those navigating symptoms such as digestive imbalances, hormonal disruptions, disordered eating, food anxiety, or a deep longing to feel more at home in their body.

Together, we’ll work to address the root causes of your challenges, guiding you toward balance, healing, and a lasting sense of harmony within yourself.

Ritual, energy, and sound as sacred tools for remembrance and transformation.

These offerings are rooted in energy healing, Earth-based ritual, and transformative practices that blend breath, meditation, movement, song, and presence.

These spaces are an invitation to return to what is sacred, seen, and alive within you whilst feeling the strength of shared experience and the power of healing together.

I offer gentle, embodied pathways to healing through breathwork, body-based nourishment, somatic movement and sacred ceremony. My works supports those who are navigating disconnection, body image struggles, food challenges, or emotional overwhelm who are ready to soften the fight with themselves.

Through 1:1 sessions, group work, and community spaces, I weave together conscious breathwork, embodiment, nutritional therapy, and intuitive healing practices rooted in Earth, energy, and sound.

I’m deeply honoured to be partnering with The Kintsugi Way, a charity dedicated to supporting women across London who have experienced sexual trauma and gender-based violence. Their mission is to create long-term healing spaces through art, community, and advocacy—helping survivors rebuild confidence, reduce isolation, and find resilience.
